As planning began for EVMC’s 25th Anniversary in the fall of 2004, the Board of Directors created a Hall of Fame to honor those individual’s who attended the first Conference in 1980 and supported the Conference through the early years. These individuals, as well as the past Gigi Award winners, became our inaugural Hall of Fame members at the 2005 EVMC Conference in Denver.

Each year, EVMC accepts nominations for the Hall of Fame prior to the fall planning meeting. Criteria for Hall of Fame membership includes: impact in the live entertainment industry, support for the EVMC conference and influence in marketing trends. Hall of Fame nominees do not need to be committee, Board, or Executive Board members. However, if nominated, they must not be a current Board member and have been off the Board for at least three years.
