First Time Attendees
We are so excited that you will be joining us in Atlanta!
If Atlanta will be your first EVMC Conference, make sure to put ‘zero’ in the ‘number of past years you have attended field’ when you register, which will place you on our First Time Attendee email list.
You will then receive specific tips and general information from our Board Members, in advance of the conference, such as where to go when you arrive, what to wear, and more!
Be sure to plan your travel to arrive in time to attend the First Time Attendee Welcome on Wednesday, June 4th. More details will be included on the Agenda page and in our emails as we get closer to the conference, but all provide great networking opportunities right from the start!
Where should I begin?
- Even before you leave home, check the agenda section of the EVMC website so that you can begin to plan what sessions you would like to attend.
‘PEER-TO-PEER’ MENTORING
Consider signing up to be paired with a conference mentor/veteran attendee to start your networking off right, and they can also help to answer any questions that you may have before and during the conference. For more information or to request a mentor, please contact Erin Miller.
