Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) Pick-Up

• Domestic Terminal

Follow the signs to ground transportation. Rideshare pickups occur in the North Economy lot. Passengers will proceed through North baggage claim for access to the lower-level escalators located between doors N2 and N3. Once downstairs, follow the orange signs to the Economy lot and request a ride only after arrival at the pickup location.

• International Terminal

Rideshare pick-ups occurs on the arrival level outer curb. Exit out of the A1 or A2 door and proceed straight across the crosswalk for your selected ride.

MARTA (Subway)

The suggested public transportation option is to ride MARTA directly from the domestic terminal to the PEACHTREE CENTER STATION/DOWNTOWN – 2 blocks from hotel – SEE MAP BELOW

• Regular Fare: $2.50 one way + $2 reloadable “Breeze Card” (one-time purchase)
• International terminal passengers: A designated shuttle transports passengers from the arrivals level of the international terminal to the domestic terminal ground transportation center, which includes a MARTA train station. Passengers also can take the Plane Train from the international terminal to the domestic terminal.

Where do I go once I arrive? 

Conference registration begins on Wednesday, June 4th at 10am in Peachtree A on the 8^th floor of the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel.

Near the registration area, be sure to check out a variety of items up for silent auction! Also, 50/50 tickets will be available to purchase for a chance to win $$$! All funds raised provide support for transportation, registration fees and hotel expenses for the conference interns and scholarship recipients. 

What is my name badge for?

Each attendee is given a name badge to wear during the conference.  It is your ticket for admission to all conference functions, meals and events, including the evening activities, so don’t forget it!  The badge also designates whether each person is a Speaker, Sponsor, Board Member, Planning Committee Member, or First Time Attendee.

How are meals handled? 

Coffee/light breakfast and lunches are provided by EVMC!  Food will also be served at some of the evening activities which are hosted by sponsors, as well.  Please refer to the agenda page on the website or mobile app for more details regarding the evening functions, and continue to check back for updates as we add additional information closer to the conference.
