Event & Venue Marketing Conference Kicks Off 2024
 With Redesigned Website, Agenda Release & Award Submission Details

 

DENVER, CO (January 31, 2024) – Coming off the heels of the Event & Venue Marketing Conference (EVMC) rebranding last year, EVMC launched a newly designed website and announces key updates to the 2024 conference taking place in Denver on June 5-7, 2024 at the Colorado Convention Center. EVMC is the only annual conference dedicated to marketing and communications professionals in the live entertainment industry.

 

In partnership with Carbonhouse, the new site at eventvenuemarketing.com features EVMC’s new branding, localized content for this year’s event in Denver, partnerships information, as well as the ability to review past event agendas.

2024 EVMC Awards

2024 Awards submissions are now open. Submissions for these awards must fall between January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 and are due by March 29, 2024.

Attendance Registration & Hotel Information

The official EVMC hotel is located directly across the street from the Colorado Convention Center at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. The EVMC room block is $289/per night from Tuesday, June 4, 2024 - Friday, June 7, 2024. EVMC has secured two additional overflow hotels at the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House.
